The not-so-good

It’s not perfect. For one, the installer tries to bundle other software - I declined every time, and it still worked fine. But it’s annoying to have to say “no” twice. Also, the free version doesn’t let you convert multiple files at once. If you’re downloading five videos and want to turn them all into MP4s, you’ll need the Pro upgrade. That’s a bummer if you’re doing bulk work. And yeah, it’s only for Mac. No Windows version. Which might matter if you’re juggling devices. Also, the app doesn’t support every site out there - mainly YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion. If you’re digging into niche platforms, this won’t cover you.

Bottom line
