The good stuff

Okay, first off, the UI is clean. Real clean. It doesn’t look like every other browser, which is nice if you’re tired of the same old tabs and menus. The color scheme is subtle but distinctive, and I did appreciate the minimal layout when I wasn’t in the middle of a crash. There’s a slight speed bump when loading pages - not terrible, but noticeable compared to Safari or even Firefox. Still, for a few minutes, it felt like I had a browser that actually cared about design. One time, I opened a complex dashboard page and it rendered almost instantly. That moment made me think maybe this thing could actually work.

The not-so-good

But then the crashes started. Not just once. Every 10 minutes or so, the whole app would freeze, then disappear. I’d have to relaunch it and lose all my tabs. And no, there’s no auto-recovery. No warning. Just poof. I tried it on two different Macs, same result. It didn’t matter if I was browsing news, checking email, or watching a video - it always gave up after a while. Even the developer site didn’t help; it’s basically a dead end. No support, no updates, nothing. It’s like someone dropped a prototype and forgot about it. If you’re someone who actually uses your browser for more than five minutes straight, this isn’t going to cut it. I’d rather stick with Safari, which, sure, isn’t flashy, but at least doesn’t vanish mid-sentence.

But if you need something reliable to get work done, browse regularly, or just not lose everything every few minutes, skip it. Stick with Safari, Firefox, or try AVG Secure Browser - it’s free too, and doesn’t randomly delete your session. This one’s not worth the frustration.
